Below is a link to a new BSI standard to help companies prepare and organise safe working arrangements.
The draft is available for comment with a deadline of 7th August 2020 [07/08/2020].
BSI’s ‘Safe Working During the COVID-19 Pandemic Guidelines’ is now available to download. Version 2 of the Guidelines is aimed to offer a comprehensive, practical approach to safe working during the pandemic. The Guidelines are applicable to all organizations, large and small, and provide recommendations, based on user experience and expert input. A proposal to develop an ISO PAS, based on these Guidelines, is currently being balloted. The ISO PAS is designed to respond to urgent market need and the ambition is to publish this at the end of 2020. Work will then go forward to develop the PAS into a full standard which covers planning for future pandemics as well as the current situation.
